1. Low-permeation gas containment. The continuous metallic wall does not absorb or diffuse gas in the same way as elastomer tubing. It maintains low-permeation containment through long operating periods and repeated temperature cycles.
2. Vibration isolation at compressor connections. The flexible section takes up equipment vibration and small alignment errors between compressors, dryers, manifolds, and rigid gas pipe. This reduces cyclic load that could loosen adjoining connections or fatigue nearby welds.
3. Conductive, non-aging construction. The all-metal assembly does not harden, crack, or become permeable with age. When correctly bonded into the piping system, the continuous metallic path can also dissipate static in gas-handling installations.

Quality Control
Bellows material, wall thickness, corrugation geometry, end-fitting dimensions, and weld appearance are checked during production. Every weld receives 100% air-tightness testing. The completed hose undergoes pneumatic proof testing and the specified pressure or burst verification at 1.5 times design pressure. End alignment, surface cleanliness, and protective caps are checked before packing. Third-party inspection is accepted.
