1. Low-permeation gas containment. The continuous metallic wall does not absorb or diffuse gas in the same way as elastomer tubing. It maintains low-permeation containment through long operating periods and repeated temperature cycles.

The completed hose undergoes pneumatic proof testing and the specified pressure or burst verification at 1.5 times design pressure. End alignment, surface cleanliness, and protective caps are checked before packing. Third-party inspection is accepted.
