Acid Resistant Rubber Joint

Acid resistant rubber joint is a special anti-corrosion rubber flexible joint developed for chemical pickling, sewage corrosion and weak acid and alkali medium transmission scenarios. It specially solves the industry pain point that ordinary EPDM joints are rapidly corroded, cracked and leaked when contacting acid and alkali media, and is a necessary supporting product for chemical parks, sewage treatment plants and pickling production lines. The acid resistant rubber joint is internally added with a thickened acid and alkali resistant isolation layer, and the main body is compositely formed of corrosion-resistant special rubber. With the optional PTFE lining scheme, it can stably contact weak acid, weak alkali, industrial sewage and chemical cleaning media for a long time. The rubber layer will not be corroded, powdered and perforated, and its service life is far longer than ordinary general rubber joints.

The product adopts an integral molding and vulcanization process, with multi-layer tear-resistant cord fabric reinforcing the sphere, stable pressure bearing, which can absorb multi-directional displacement caused by pipeline thermal expansion and foundation settlement, isolate chemical pump operation vibration, and protect corrosion-resistant pipelines and valves from stress damage. The flange is compatible with various international standards such as DIN, ANSI, GB and JIS. SS304 and SS316 stainless steel anti-corrosion models are preferred for flanges, and anti-corrosion carbon steel alternatives can also be provided. The diameter covers DN25-DN3000, working pressure PN6-PN40, and conventional temperature resistance -15~+80℃. For high-temperature pickling working conditions, special acid and alkali resistant rubber of -30~+150℃ can be customized.

With years of deep engagement in anti-corrosion rubber formula R&D, we have accumulated a large number of landing cases of chemical sewage and pickling projects. The acid resistant rubber joint can individually adjust the lining thickness and rubber ratio according to the customer's acid and alkali concentration. Customized samples take 15-20 days, with a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces. We have established an exclusive corrosion simulation testing process for acid-resistant products. Raw rubber compounds are subjected to acid and alkali immersion durability test in advance; semi-finished products focus on checking the lining fit to eliminate delamination and corrosion leakage; all finished products undergo 100% hydraulic pressure test, and sampled products are subjected to acid and alkali immersion accelerated aging test. Equipped with a full set of testing equipment such as high-pressure testing machines, thermal aging chambers and corrosion resistance testing devices, supporting third-party institutions to conduct on-site inspection. Each batch of goods is accompanied by an anti-corrosion material test report, and the quality is supported by complete data, making overseas chemical customers more assured of bulk procurement.
