3. Corrosion-free operation in wet and buried locations. The all-rubber flow-control element has no exposed metal mechanism that can rust, scale, or seize in chambers, buried outlets, or submerged service. Routine maintenance focuses mainly on the rubber surface, attachment, and outlet condition.
Customization Capabilities
- Custom diameters are available from DN20 to DN2000, with standard dimensions from DN50 to DN1800.
- The valve can be produced for socket, flange, mounting-plate, or built-in installation, including non-standard drilling, insertion length, and double-hoop reinforcement for large sizes.
- NR, EPDM, neoprene, and media-specific compounds are available for weather, seawater, or acid and alkali exposure.
Quality Control
Incoming rubber is tested for hardness, tensile strength, aging behavior, and vulcanization characteristics. During molding, slit geometry, wall thickness, and reinforcement placement are controlled because they determine opening and sealing behavior. Finished valves are tested for forward opening, recovery after repeated deformation, and reverse-pressure sealing. Large valves receive compression and shape-retention checks. Every valve is inspected before packing. Customer-appointed third-party inspection is accepted.
