Core Advantages
1. Stable pressure response under pulsation. The braid restrains radial expansion and axial growth of the corrugated core. During hydraulic pulsation, pump vibration, or pressure surge, it reduces the risk of elongation, ballooning, and separation at the end fittings.
2. Durable metallic flow path. The corrugated core maintains a continuous pressure boundary and tolerates heat, low temperature, and compatible process media. It continues to flex with equipment movement without relying on an elastomer wall that ages over time.

Customization Capabilities
- The assembly can use a 316L bellows with one, two, or three layers of 304 stainless braid, sized for the required diameter, active length, and pressure up to PN64.
- Connections can be configured as flanges, male or female threads, swivel joints, welded stubs, special-angle fittings, or drawing-based ends.
- Temperature, movement, fatigue cycles, and braid protection can be set for service from -200 to +600°C.
Quality Control
316L bellows material, 304 braid wire, corrugation dimensions, braid coverage, and end-fitting geometry are verified before final assembly. Argon-arc welds are inspected for complete fusion and surface defects. Every hose is tested for pressure resistance, air tightness, and fatigue performance. End alignment, braid termination, broken wires, and active length are checked before protective caps and packaging are fitted. Third-party inspection is accepted.

Q: Is the braid only an external protective cover?
A: No. The braid is a structural pressure reinforcement that restrains bellows growth and carries axial tensile load. It also provides secondary abrasion protection.
Q: Can the hose be supplied without braid?
A: Yes, an unbraided bellows can be produced for lower-pressure movement applications. High-pressure service uses the specified one, two, or three braid layers.
