The flanges are PP, PE, or FRPP high-strength plastic with one-piece injection molding.

This thing works from -10℃ to 95℃. It handles pressures from PN6 to PN16. Each pipe rubber joint gets a water test and seal test at 1.5 times the design pressure. Its hardness is 60±5 Shore A. It keeps the rubber joint's ability to cut vibration, lower noise, and take up movement. It takes in axial, lateral, and angular moves well. It compensates for heat expansion, settling, and installation errors. It protects pumps and valves. The plastic flange stops galvanic completely corroded. It works for strong acids, strong bases, sea water, and waste water. It lasts much longer than metal flange products. It is light and easy to put in. No rust treatment needed.
