Different from traditional single-sphere and corrugated joints, the multi-layer composite structure of the elastomer brings better vibration and noise reduction and multi-directional displacement compensation performance. The adapted working conditions cover from civil buildings to large industrial plants, and it is a universal flexible compensation accessory with extremely strong versatility. The elastomeric expansion joint selects high-elastic virgin elastic rubber as the matrix, and multi-layer high-strength fiber cord fabric is cross-wound and vulcanized. It has outstanding deformation resistance and fatigue resistance. It will not harden and crack under long-term vibration and cold-heat alternation environment. It can efficiently absorb three-dimensional displacement of axial, lateral and angular directions, greatly reduce pipeline operation noise, and protect precision equipment such as water pumps, fans and heat exchangers from resonance damage.

The product adapts to multi-national flange standards such as DIN, ANSI, GB and JIS. Flange materials can be selected from carbon steel, SS304 and SS316 stainless steel. The rubber system is rich: EPDM adapts to water supply and drainage HVAC, NBR adapts to oil transmission, PTFE lining adapts to weak acid and alkali chemical media. The diameter covers DN15-DN4000, full coverage of pressure PN6-PN40, and conventional temperature resistance range -15~+80℃. For high-temperature industrial pipelines, modified elastic rubber with temperature resistance of -30~+150℃ can be customized. Two sets of export protection schemes are distinguished for large and small diameters. Products below DN200 use thickened moisture-proof cartons with foam isolation inside to prevent bumping; elastomeric expansion joints above DN200 are wrapped with multiple layers of waterproof PE film, and the outside is reinforced with fumigated solid wood wooden boxes. Desiccants are placed inside the boxes to prevent moisture aging during ocean shipping. The outer packaging is printed with clear English model and specification marks. Long-term cooperative customers can customize their own brand outer boxes. In cooperation with leading freight forwarders, the logistics is traceable throughout the process to minimize transportation loss.

The whole series of elastomeric expansion joints have complete international compliance qualifications, passed ISO9001 and ISO45001 dual system certification, hold CE, RoHS and FDA compliance certificates, and are matched with TUV, WRAS test reports, material MTC and certificate of origin documents.
