Core Advantages
1. Polyester-cord pressure skeleton for 1.0, 1.6, and 2.5 MPa systems. Reinforcement controls radial expansion while the rubber body remains flexible. Under repeated pressure cycling and equipment vibration, the cord distributes load through the complete compensator and prevents one local section from carrying the pressure strain.
2. Multi-direction compensation in a short assembly. The molded profile absorbs axial compression and extension, lateral offset, and angular deflection. In long heating, cooling, and hot-water lines, it takes up accumulated thermal movement before the displacement loads elbows, pump nozzles, or fixed equipment connections.
3. Purpose-matched rubber performance from -30 to +250°C in special formulations. Oil-resistant, acid-resistant, high-temperature, and flame-retardant compounds retain flexibility under the specified medium and temperature. In conditions that attack general-purpose rubber, the matched compound preserves the designed movement response and sealing surface.
Customization Capabilities
- Connection layout: Flanged, clamped, or welded ends and the face-to-face length are matched to the installation.
- Movement design: Sphere profile, combined movement, vacuum construction, and control rods are configured from the operating displacement and restraint data.
- Compound selection: Oil-resistant, acid-resistant, high-temperature, or flame-retardant formulations are selected for the actual medium.
Quality Control
Rubber and cord materials are verified by batch, and compound cure curves are checked before molding. Reinforcement layer count, overlap, and orientation are inspected during assembly. Vulcanization temperature, pressure, and time are recorded. Finished compensators are measured for length, flange alignment, and movement clearance, then receive 100% pressure and leak testing. Vacuum or high-temperature designs receive the additional verification specified on the approved production document.

FAQ
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Different pressure classes, compounds, or flange patterns can be combined after the production schedule is approved.
Q: Can a sample be supplied before mass production?
A: Yes. Standard samples are available. A new compound, connection, or movement configuration normally requires 15 to 20 days.
Q: Can the compensator replace a pipe anchor?
A: No. Anchors and guides control pipeline thrust and direction. The compensator only absorbs the movement defined in its rated design.
Q: Can it carry simultaneous axial and lateral movement?
A: Yes, but combined movement reduces the amount available in each direction. The required movement values must be checked as a combined operating condition.
