4 Rubber Expansion Joint

Our PTFE Lined Rubber Expansion Joint is made for strong corrosion, high purity, and high temperature fluids. We use it in chemical plants, drug making, electroplating, food, and semiconductors. We have been doing this for over 20 years. This PTFE lined rubber expansion joint gives you no penetration, no leftover, and strong corrosion resistance. It is a standard part for high-end anti-corrosion systems. We use EPDM or fluororubber for the outer layer. The inner liner is food-grade PTFE. We use high-temperature high-pressure one-piece vulcanization. The flanges are PP, PE, FRPP, or lined steel.

This thing works from -70℃ to 230℃. It handles pressures from PN6 to PN16. Each PTFE lined rubber expansion joint gets a water test at 1.5 times the design pressure. We also do an air tightness test at 1.1 times. The twin sphere design gives you double the movement take-up. It takes in axial, lateral, and angular moves. It compensates for heat expansion, settling, and installation errors. The PTFE liner stands up to strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents. The inside wall is very smooth. It does not build up or leave leftover. It keeps your fluid pure for food, medicine, and electronics. Our factory is 10,000 square meters with 50 workers. We give a 24-month warranty.
