Pump Flexible Expansion Joint

Pump flexible expansion joint is a special flexible vibration damping compensation accessory for water pump unit matching. It is specially developed for the problems of operation vibration, noise and pipeline displacement of various centrifugal pumps, circulating pumps and sewage pumps. It is a just-needed product for pump room engineering supporting, and also a high-repurchase product mainly promoted by overseas water and HVAC agents. Water pumps will produce high-frequency resonance when starting, stopping and running continuously. Rigid pipelines will completely transmit the vibration to walls and equipment, which will easily cause weld cracking and instrument damage in the long run. The pump flexible expansion joint can cut off the vibration transmission path from the source, and at the same time absorb multi-directional displacement caused by pipeline thermal expansion and cold contraction and foundation settlement, protecting the whole pump room pipeline system.

We upgrade the product structure for the high-pressure and frequent vibration working conditions of water pumps, thicken the double-layer rubber body, and encrypt multi-layer high-strength polyamide cord fabric inside, which greatly improves the fatigue and tear resistance performance, and it is not prone to rubber layer peeling and sphere cracking under long-term high-frequency vibration environment. The rubber base material can be selected from EPDM, oil-resistant NBR and anti-corrosion PTFE lining to adapt to different pump conveying media such as clean water, sewage, oil-bearing media and weak acid and alkali sewage; in addition to standard flanges, the connection method can also be customized with clamp quick-install structure on demand. The DN40-DN600 small-diameter clamp type is easy to disassemble and assemble, suitable for small mobile pump units. Flanges support multiple national standards such as DIN, ANSI, GB and JIS. Carbon steel, SS304 and SS316 flanges can be freely selected, with pressure covering PN6-PN40 and temperature range -15~+80℃. For special high-temperature water pumps, high-temperature resistant rubber of -30~+150℃ can be customized.

Raw rubber compounds are added with fatigue vibration aging test; semi-finished vulcanization parameters are separately controlled to improve the bonding strength between rubber layer and cord fabric; after 100% hydraulic pressure test of finished products, additional vibration fatigue sampling inspection is carried out to simulate the long-term operation condition of water pumps to verify the service life. Equipped with a full set of testing equipment such as universal tensile testing machines, thermal aging test chambers and high-pressure hydraulic test benches, each batch of goods is accompanied by complete test reports and material certificates, supporting third-party institutions to conduct on-site inspection, and the quality is fully traceable.

Two sets of export packaging schemes are distinguished for flange type and clamp type. Small-diameter clamp joints are separately packed in moisture-proof cartons with foam isolation inside to prevent bumping; medium and large-diameter flange pump expansion joints are wrapped with waterproof PE film, and the outer layer is fixed with fumigated solid wood wooden boxes to eliminate the risk of moisture and extrusion deformation during shipping. The outer packaging is printed with English specifications and model marks, which is convenient for overseas warehouse sorting and inventory; long-term cooperative customers can customize their own brand outer box printing, and the logistics is traceable throughout the process to reduce the risk of ocean transportation loss.

For conventional spot products, 30% advance deposit is required, and the balance is settled before delivery; for customized thickened and special clamp structure products, 50% advance payment is required, and the balance is paid before shipment; full-container bulk procurement can enjoy stepped discounts, supporting multi-currency settlement in USD, EUR, GBP and RMB. Trade terms can be selected from EXW, FOB and C&F to adapt to the operation habits of different overseas purchasers.
