Specific Steps of Rubber Hose Extrusion Molding Process
Leave a message
The rubber hose extrusion molding process steps are as follows:
Raw Material Preparation: The compounded rubber (such as EPDM, NBR, etc.) needs to be filtered to remove impurities.
Preheating and Feeding: The rubber compound is preheated to 50-70℃ (depending on the type of rubber) to ensure fluidity.
Extrusion Molding: The tubular preform is extruded through a screw extruder (temperature 80-120℃).
Cooling and Shaping: Water bath cooling (water temperature 20-40℃) or vacuum shaping.
Cutting and Winding: The finished product is cut or wound to length.
Reasons: Preheating and temperature control prevent scorching, and cooling and shaping ensure dimensional stability.
