Product Description

 

The high temperature rubber expansion joint is a flexible compensation component specifically developed by us for high-temperature working conditions such as heating pipe networks, high-temperature steam pipelines, and industrial cooling systems. Ordinary rubber joints are prone to problems such as rubber layer hardening, cracking, and elasticity attenuation under continuous high-temperature environments, with service life greatly shortened. The high temperature rubber expansion joint adopts a high-temperature resistant special rubber formula, combined with a multi-layer high-temperature resistant fiber cord framework molded and vulcanized in one piece, capable of long-term stable operation in the extreme temperature range of -30°C to +150°C, with short-term temperature resistance up to 180°C, perfectly solving the industry pain point of rapid failure of conventional rubber joints under high-temperature working conditions. The product can efficiently absorb axial expansion and contraction displacement generated by heating pipelines due to drastic temperature changes, buffer vibration brought by high-temperature water pumps and heat exchange equipment operation, and reduce the probability of leakage and cracking at flange welds and valve interfaces caused by repeated thermal stress pulling from the source.

 

Our factory has over 20 years of R&D and manufacturing experience in rubber expansion joints. We have continuously iterated and optimized the high-temperature resistant rubber compound formula for high temperature rubber expansion joints. The internal cord layer uses high-temperature resistant aramid fiber instead of conventional nylon material, increasing the tensile strength retention rate at high temperatures by more than 40%. The product nominal diameter covers DN25-DN1200, with working pressure PN6-PN25, meeting the operational needs of the vast majority of heating and high-temperature industrial pipelines. The rubber material can be selected from high-temperature resistant EPDM, butyl rubber, or silicone rubber solutions according to medium temperature and characteristics, adapting to different medium conveying scenarios such as high-temperature hot water, saturated steam, and heat transfer oil. Flanges are fully compatible with the four major international standards of DIN, ANSI, GB, and JIS, with flange materials available in multiple grades including carbon steel, SS304, and SS316. For overseas heating engineering contractors and distributors, we support customization of special nominal diameters, lengths, and temperature resistance grades according to project drawings, and can provide a full set of thermal aging test reports and material certificates with the goods. Currently, high temperature rubber expansion joints have been applied in batches to urban central heating main networks, power plant high-temperature cooling systems, chemical plant area heat transfer oil pipelines, and other projects. Customization Capability

 

We offer full-chain personalized customization services. We can adjust the overall product length, sphere wall thickness, and flange bolt hole layout according to engineering drawings provided by customers. For ultra-high-temperature and strongly corrosive working conditions, we can individually formulate rubber compounds to create special rubber compound structures resistant to temperatures above 180°C. We support printing customers' own brand LOGOs and customizing exclusive outer packaging cartons and labels. Special structures such as reducer extensions and thickened pressure-bearing designs can all be independently molded for production. The customized sample development cycle is controlled at 15-20 days, and small-batch mixed orders in the industry can also be flexibly accepted, with a minimum order quantity of only 10 pieces, lowering the trial order threshold for overseas distributors. Payment Terms

 

For regular standard in-stock products, a 30% advance payment is required, with the remaining 70% balance settled before shipment. For customized products requiring mold opening or special high-temperature resistant formula, a 50% advance deposit is required, with the balance fully settled before shipment. For single full-container large-batch purchases, tiered purchase discounts can be applied, with greater unit price discounts for larger purchase quantities. We support multi-currency cross-border settlement in US dollars, euros, British pounds, and RMB. Trade terms can be selected from EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), and C&F (Cost and Freight), flexibly adapting to the trade operation habits of different overseas customers.
