The High Pressure Metal Hose is a braided corrugated stainless steel hose for flexible pipeline and equipment connections. It is used with hydraulic and chemical equipment, compressors, pumps, instruments, thermal-oil systems, and compact industrial process skids.




Core Advantages
1. Controlled pressure response under surge. The restraint structure carries axial tensile load and limits growth of the corrugated core. During hydraulic pulsation or pressure spikes, it reduces the risk of elongation, ballooning, and separation at the welded ends.
2. Corrugated core for vibration and thermal movement. The metal bellows flexes in several directions while keeping a continuous pressure boundary. At high-pressure pump, valve, or instrument connections, it takes up equipment vibration, thermal expansion, and small installation errors before those loads reach rigid nozzles.
3. Serviceable connection in restricted areas. The removable end interface can be installed and replaced with standard tools. On compact machines or skids where hot work is restricted, maintenance does not require welding near sensitive instruments or process equipment.

Customization Capabilities
- The 304 or 316L bellows can be matched with the required braid layers, diameter, active length, and PN10 to PN64 pressure rating.
- BSP, NPT, metric, or drawing-based female threads can be produced, together with male-thread, flange, or other approved end configurations.
- The assembly can be specified for -30 to +450°C service according to the fluid, movement, and installation conditions.
Quality Control
Material grade, bellows wall, corrugation geometry, braid coverage, fitting dimensions, and weld penetration are checked during production. Every assembly receives hydrostatic pressure testing, air-tightness testing, and a fatigue check at the ordered design condition. Proof pressure is 1.5 times the design pressure. End alignment and thread gauges are verified before protective caps are installed. Customer-appointed third-party inspection is accepted.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Different lengths or thread types can be combined when they use the same approved pressure construction.
Q: Can a pre-production sample be supplied?
A: Yes. A standard sample is available, and a custom threaded assembly normally requires 15 to 20 days for sample development.
Q: Can the hose absorb torsion?
A: No. The hose must be installed without twist. Swivel fittings or correctly oriented end connections are used when the equipment position would otherwise introduce torsion.
Q: How is the threaded seal selected?
A: The end fitting is produced for the specified BSP, NPT, metric, or other thread form, and the matching gasket, sealing face, or thread seal is defined in the order drawing.
