Product Description

 

The square flange EPDM expansion joint is a special-type flexible expansion joint adopting a square flange connection structure paired with an EPDM rubber main body. Different from conventional circular flange products, square flanges can be directly docked with special structures such as square interface equipment, rectangular air ducts, and square boxes, without the need for circular-to-square transition conversion flanges. It is particularly suitable for scenarios such as HVAC rectangular air ducts, square dust removal pipelines, square water tank interfaces, and square equipment inlets and outlets. The square flange EPDM expansion joint uses EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) as the main raw material, combined with a high-strength nylon cord framework molded and vulcanized in one piece. EPDM material features excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, UV resistance, and aging resistance, particularly suitable for working conditions with high requirements for aging resistance such as outdoor exposure and air duct exhaust. The product can efficiently absorb axial expansion and contraction, lateral offset, and angular deflection of square pipelines, buffer vibration generated by fans and equipment operation, reduce operating noise of the air duct system, and avoid the probability of leakage and cracking at square interface connections caused by repeated stress pulling from the source.

Flange materials are available in multiple grades including anti-corrosion carbon steel and SS304 stainless steel. Medium and large square interface products are individually wrapped with multiple layers of waterproof plastic film to isolate seawater moisture, externally reinforced with customized fumigated solid wood wooden boxes or steel frames to prevent square flange deformation and sphere flattening caused by lifting and ocean shipping extrusion. Outer packaging is printed with bilingual (Chinese-English) product parameters, square interface dimension labels, and lifting direction indicators, facilitating overseas warehouse inventory and lifting operations. Long-term cooperating customers can customize their own brand outer carton printing. Payment Terms

 

For regular standard in-stock square products, a 30% advance payment is required, with the remaining 70% balance settled before shipment. For customized products requiring mold opening or special square sizes, a 50% advance deposit is required, with the balance fully settled before shipment. For single full-container large-batch purchases, tiered purchase discounts can be applied, with greater unit price discounts for larger purchase quantities. We support multi-currency cross-border settlement in US dollars, euros, British pounds, and RMB.
