Ordinary EPDM rubber joints experience swelling, softening, elasticity attenuation, and sealing failure after long-term contact with oil products, with service life greatly shortened. The rubber main body of the oil resistant vulcanized rubber joint adopts a high-quality nitrile rubber formula, with acrylonitrile content optimized and adjusted, featuring excellent resistance to mineral oil, fuel oil, and grease. After long-term contact with oil products, it does not swell or soften, with high elasticity retention. Combined with the dense cross-linked structure brought by the integral vulcanization process, the product's service life and sealing reliability under oil medium working conditions far exceed those of ordinary rubber joints. The product adopts a single-sphere one-piece molding and vulcanization, with the oil-resistant rubber matrix uniformly wrapped by internal multi-layer high-strength nylon cord, capable of simultaneously absorbing three types of pipeline displacement: axial expansion and contraction, lateral offset, and angular deflection, isolating vibration noise generated by oil pumps and valves operation, and avoiding the probability of leakage at oil pipeline interfaces caused by repeated stress pulling from the source.

Quality Control
We have established special quality control standards for oil-resistant vulcanized products. At the raw material stage, we conduct special oil resistance performance testing on NBR nitrile rubber compounds, including core indicators such as volume change rate, hardness change, and tensile strength retention rate after oil immersion, to confirm oil resistance performance meets standards. Flange blanks undergo material re-inspection. During production, we focus on controlling vulcanization temperature, pressure, and pressure-holding duration to ensure sufficient cross-linking of oil-resistant rubber molecules, with self-inspection and mutual inspection performed at each process to eliminate defects such as under-vulcanization, delamination, and bubbles. At the finished product stage, 100% undergo 1.5 times working pressure water pressure testing, with oil-resistant batches additionally undergoing oil immersion accelerated aging testing, simulating long-term oil contact conditions to verify product oil-resistant service life, and test records retained for archiving and reference. The factory is equipped with professional testing equipment such as pressure testing machines, universal tensile testing machines, oil immersion testing devices, and thermal aging test chambers, supporting third-party on-site inspection and also able to provide a full set of quality documents such as oil resistance test reports and material certificates with the goods.
