Product Description

 

The flexible pump ball rubber joint is a flexible spherical rubber joint specifically designed for various water pump inlet and outlet pipelines, also known as pump rubber flexible joint. It is the most widely used flexible vibration damping supporting product in pump room engineering. Water pumps generate high-frequency vibration and water hammer impact during start-stop and continuous operation. Rigid connections transmit vibration completely to pipelines and foundations, easily causing weld cracking, instrument damage, and noise exceeding standards over time. The flexible pump ball rubber joint adopts a high-elasticity spherical rubber main body, capable of cutting off the vibration transmission path from the source, absorbing vibration energy and water hammer impact generated by water pump operation through elastic deformation of the sphere, while absorbing pipeline thermal expansion and contraction and multi-directional displacement caused by foundation settlement, protecting the stable operation of the entire pump room pipeline system. The product adopts a single-sphere one-piece molding and vulcanization process, with the rubber matrix uniformly wrapped by internal multi-layer high-strength nylon cord. The spherical structural design provides uniform displacement compensation capability in all directions, requiring no strict angle alignment during installation, with good alignment fault tolerance, particularly suitable for installation scenarios with limited space and frequent vibration such as water pump inlets and outlets.

 

Our factory has over 20 years of R&D and manufacturing experience in pump supporting rubber joints. We have conducted multiple rounds of optimization on the high-elasticity formula and spherical structural design of flexible pump ball rubber joints, selecting high-elasticity natural rubber and EPDM composite rubber compound, with excellent vibration damping and resilience performance, not prone to elasticity attenuation and rubber layer fatigue cracking under long-term water pump high-frequency vibration working conditions. The product nominal diameter covers DN25-DN600, with working pressure PN6-PN25, meeting the operational needs of the vast majority of pump supporting pipelines. The rubber material can be flexibly selected according to water pump conveying media: high-elasticity NR (clean water), EPDM (warm water resistant), NBR (oil resistant), PTFE lining (corrosion resistant), and other solutions. In addition to standard flanges, clamp quick-connect structures can be customized as needed. DN40-DN150 small-diameter clamp models are convenient for disassembly and assembly, suitable for small mobile water pump units. Flanges are fully compatible with the four major international standards of DIN, ANSI, GB, and JIS, with flange materials available in multiple grades including anti-corrosion carbon steel, SS304, and SS316. For overseas water affairs equipment integrators, HVAC engineering contractors, and distributors, we support customization of nominal diameter, connection method, and rubber material according to water pump models and working conditions, and can provide vibration damping efficiency test reports with the goods. Customization Capability

 

We offer full-chain personalized customization services. We can adjust overall product length, sphere wall thickness, flange bolt hole layout, and connection method according to water pump models and pipeline drawings provided by customers. For different water pump conveying media, we can individually formulate rubber compounds to create dedicated high-elasticity, oil-resistant, and corrosion-resistant solutions. We support interchangeable customization between flange and clamp structures. We support printing customers' own brand LOGOs and customizing exclusive outer packaging cartons and labels. Special structures such as reducer extensions, thickened pressure-bearing designs, and clamp quick-connect can all be independently molded for production. The customized sample development cycle is controlled at 15-20 days, and small-batch mixed orders in the industry can also be flexibly accepted, with a minimum order quantity of only 10 pieces, lowering the trial order threshold for overseas distributors. Quality Control

 

We have established a special quality inspection process for pump dedicated joints. Raw material rubber compounds undergo additional fatigue vibration aging testing to ensure long-term stable vibration damping performance of the high-elasticity rubber formula. Semi-finished product vulcanization parameters are separately controlled to improve the bonding strength between the rubber layer and cord, eliminating delamination risks under high-frequency vibration. After 100% water pressure testing of finished products, additional vibration fatigue sampling inspection and water hammer simulation testing are conducted, simulating long-term water pump start-stop operation conditions to verify service life. Equipped with a complete set of testing equipment including universal tensile testing machines, thermal aging test chambers, high-pressure water pressure test benches, vibration fatigue test benches, and water hammer simulation testing devices, each batch of goods comes with complete test reports and material certificates, supporting third-party on-site inspection, with quality traceable throughout the process.

 

Payment Terms

 

For regular standard in-stock products, a 30% advance payment is required, with the remaining 70% balance settled before shipment. For customized products requiring mold opening, special clamp structures, or customized rubber compound formulas, a 50% advance deposit is required, with the balance fully settled before shipment. For single full-container large-batch purchases, tiered purchase discounts can be applied, with greater unit price discounts for larger purchase quantities. We support multi-currency cross-border settlement in US dollars, euros, British pounds, and RMB. Trade terms can be selected from EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), and C&F (Cost and Freight), flexibly adapting to the trade operation habits of different overseas water affairs equipment integrators and engineering contractors.
