The vulcanized double sphere rubber joint is a double-sphere flexible compensation accessory molded using an integral high-temperature molding and vulcanization process. Different from some low-price double-sphere joints on the market that use adhesive splicing technology, our product's rubber main body and internal cord framework are vulcanized and cross-linked in one piece under high temperature and pressure, with no seams or delamination hazards at the sphere transition area. Under long-term vibration and pressure fluctuation working conditions, problems such as rubber layer shedding and sphere cracking will not occur. The vulcanized double sphere rubber joint adopts a double-sphere series structure. Compared with single-sphere products, the axial displacement compensation is increased by approximately 60%, and the lateral offset capability is also significantly enhanced. It can simultaneously absorb three types of pipeline displacement: axial expansion and contraction, lateral misalignment, and angular deflection, making it particularly suitable for working condition scenarios with high requirements for displacement compensation, such as areas prone to foundation settlement, large equipment inlets and outlets, and middle sections of long-distance pipelines. It effectively prevents interface leakage and fracture risks caused by pipeline settlement and misalignment.
