Conventional large-diameter rubber joints generally have problems such as insufficient fitting of flange sealing surfaces, edge leakage under large water pressure, and large sphere deformation after large-diameter pressure bearing. The large diameter full face seal rubber joint adopts a full-end-face sealing structure design, with the rubber sealing surface completely covering the entire flange end face. Combined with thickened spheres and multi-layer encrypted cord framework, the sealing reliability and pressure-bearing stability under large-diameter working conditions are greatly improved. The product can efficiently absorb axial expansion and contraction, lateral offset, and angular deflection of large-diameter pipelines, buffer severe vibration brought by large water pumps and valves operation, and reduce the probability of leakage and cracking at large-diameter flange welds caused by repeated stress pulling from the source.

During production, we focus on controlling core parameters such as molding precision of full sealing surfaces, cord arrangement density, vulcanization temperature, and pressure, with self-inspection and mutual inspection performed at each process to eliminate defects such as under-vulcanization, delamination, and bubbles. At the finished product stage, 100% undergo 1.5 times working pressure water pressure testing, with large-diameter batches additionally undergoing sealing surface leakage sampling inspection and burst sampling inspection, and pressure test records retained for archiving and reference. The factory is equipped with professional testing equipment such as large pressure testing machines, universal tensile testing machines, and thermal aging test chambers, supporting third-party on-site inspection and also able to provide a full set of quality documents such as material certificates and test reports with the goods, ensuring that every batch of delivered large-diameter products meets the quality requirements of full-seal working conditions.

An exclusive protective packaging solution is designed for ocean shipping of large-diameter products. Medium and large-diameter products from DN500 to DN1000 are individually wrapped with multiple layers of waterproof plastic film to isolate seawater moisture, externally reinforced with fumigated solid wood wooden boxes, with desiccants placed inside the wooden boxes. Ultra-large-diameter products above DN1000 adopt customized steel frame support and fixation to prevent sphere deformation caused by lifting and ocean shipping extrusion, with the exterior overall wrapped with waterproof and moisture-proof packaging cloth. Outer packaging is printed with bilingual (Chinese-English) product parameters, specification labels, and lifting direction indicators, facilitating overseas warehouse inventory and lifting operations. Long-term cooperating customers can customize their own brand outer carton printing. We have long-term cooperation with leading ocean freight forwarders, with real-time trackable logistics information throughout the process. After shipment, we synchronize bills of lading and packing lists, minimizing transportation losses and customs clearance troubles for large-diameter products.
